About US Agent Desk
US Agent Desk is a U.S.-based FDA and FCC U.S. Agent service for foreign manufacturers. We are a private Texas company. We are not part of FDA or any government agency.
Why we built it
Foreign manufacturers must name a U.S. Agent to register with FDA, but many get slow replies, multi-year contracts, extra fees for every listing, or "registration certificates" FDA never issues. We publish our prices, sign one-year agreements, answer in the client's language, and check FDA's public records every morning.
Who answers FDA
A named person on our team receives every FDA contact within minutes and answers within 4 business hours. For warning letters, import detentions and inspections we work with experienced regulatory professionals, including former FDA staff.
What we don't do
- We don't give legal advice.
- We don't sell registration certificates.
- We don't file with FDA in place of your company's officer.
- We don't serve companies or owners on the OFAC SDN list.
